Meet Our Guests
Dr. Darilyn Campbell Falck is a trainer for Mentoring with a Coach Approach for the CMDA Center for Well-being and a member of the CMDA Board of Trustees. She is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with more than 20 years of clinical experience and currently practices telemedicine urgent care. Dr. Falck received her BS from the University of California at Davis and her MD from Eastern Virginia Medical School. She completed her residency in emergency medicine at Loma Linda University Medical Center. She has experience as medical school faculty and has served in numerous leadership roles. Dr. Falck is passionate about medical students and has been mentoring them since 1998.
Ken Jones has been a member of our CMDA ministry team since 2004, serving in a variety of roles, and coaching doctors for that entire time. He’s also an ordained pastor and holds coaching credentials with the International Coach Federation as a professional certified coach (PCC). He’s a published author of four books and dozens of articles on parenting, marriage and family and personal life development. His latest book, If I Should Die Before I Live serves as the framework for a CMDA course on mentoring with a coach approach. He currently writes and records a weekly four-minute national radio segment, “Classic State of Mind.” He and his wife Randee have been married for 54 years, and they have three sons and six grandchildren.
