Nicole Hayes, MPA, is Executive Vice President of the American Academy of Medical Ethics, and she serves as CMDA’s Director of State Public Policy. She joined CMDA in August 2018 to serve as the Washington, D.C. Area Director. Nicole also serves with CMDA’s Racism, Reconciliation, Equality and Diversity (R2ED) Committee to help advance biblical justice and reconciliation, particularly in healthcare. Nicole has more than 15 years’ experience as a public relations professional who has provided strategic communications and media relations to elevate awareness of educational, health, racial disparity issues for small business, government and non-profit clients. Nicole received her bachelor of arts in broadcast journalism from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and her master of public administration from Regent University in Virginia Beach.
